When we collect personal information we state the purpose and collect only what is necessary

Providing personal information is voluntary. Without it some services may be unavailable

Personal information is used only for the stated purpose and for related tasks such as answering inquiries

Let us know if you wish to stop receiving communications

No disclosure to third parties

As a rule we do not provide personal information to third parties

When outsourcing requires it, we select the contractor and prevent leaks and onward disclosure through contracts and controls that protect personal information
